Returned items must:

• Be unused and in original packaging.
• Include all manuals, parts, and accessories.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, email info@urbanAMPbikes.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Refund Method

Refunds may be issued as:

• Original payment refund
• Store credit
• Product replacement (depending on reason for return)

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes inspection at our warehouse.
